First Day of School! (Thursday, August 28th) : Attached is the schedule for the 1st Day of School. You can find all of the Bell Schedules on the Bell Schedules page of our website. Also, if you have not done so, we encourage you to download the MDIHS mobile app on your mobile device (phone/tablets). It will provide you with the option of receiving notifications when we add or update information on our website. Links for downloading the app can be found at the bottom of the school homepage. We can't wait to see all of our students!

Sports Physicals are being offered at the high school (August 4-7, 8:00-3:00) - Any incoming Freshman, Juniors, or anyone new to our school system will need to have a current physical on file with the high school nurse in order to participate in athletic practices or contests. Call 288-5011 x.3352 if you would like to schedule a physical.
The Bar Harbor Police Department will be conducting drills in the high school and Seacoast Security will be testing alarm systems. These drills will be this morning (Tuesday, April 22) from approximately 8 a.m. to noon.
Only approved personal should be the high school at this time.

Due to the forecast of snow this afternoon, MDIHS will be releasing students early. There will also be no afternoon HCTC. MDIHS students will be dismissed at 11:30. There will be no afternoon or evening activities.

Conferences can be virtual or in-person! We ask everyone (including staff) to be as punctual as possible for both face-to-face and virtual meetings. If you wish your conference to be IN PERSON, please include that in the Special Request section when signing up. You will receive your schedule from PTCFast that will contain both the room locations and/or Google Meet links. Before you begin to plan your conferences, make sure you have a list of your student's teachers. You can find their names in PowerSchool or Schoology.
