Mount Desert Island Regional School System

"I’m Tyson Starling, a Mount Desert Island parent with a freshman at MDI High School. I serve on local and district school committees, including the Reorganization Planning Committee. I believe access to a great education and the joy of learning is the most valuable thing we can pass along to our youth, and I see reorganization as a natural step toward keeping our schools strong and adaptable. I enjoy spending time with my family exploring MDI through hiking, swimming, and being on the water."
