Community and Parental Involvement

Involve a broad representation of the school community in the planning process.  Include a description of how the technology will be used effectively to promote community and parental involvement and increase communication with parents, including a description of how parents will be informed about the technology and its proper use.

Technology Committee
Purpose: To review district technology use and practices, develop strategies to meet the needs of the district and share the MDIRSS 91 stakeholder's vision for technology in education.

Administrative Team
Purpose: To provide consistent administration to all schools within MDIRSS 91 as well as to provide input for curriculum technology standards integration.

School Boards

Purpose: To present information regarding the accomplishments, applications, and vision for technology usage as well as an overview of the technology budgets.

Teachers
Purpose: To provide input regarding technology use in the classroom

Adult Education
Purpose:  To present information regarding the needs of technology for continuing education to adult community members.

Community Members
Purpose: To share information regarding the role of technology in MDIRSS 91.
