Appropriate leadership at the MDIRSS, school, administrative and classroom levels, along with adequate technical support and ubiquitous access to appropriate learning technology are critical to providing the ultimate technology-learning environment for all students.  "Technology Integrators" will provide for in-School, just-in-time, in-class support (and encouragement) to teaching faculty for planning, implementing and assessing student learning with technology. Online tutorial training and practice, web-based learning tools, and classroom partnerships among MDIRSS schools are a means of fostering effective use of technology to reach all learning styles and levels of technological competency.
