Digital technologies must be seamlessly infused into all appropriate teaching and learning settings in a meaningful and purposeful manner. Necessary technical and curriculum integration support will be readily available. This entails elements of digital portfolio and technology-driven curricula. An evolving, grade-level technology curriculum will have a trial implementation starting in 2009-2010 with full implementation in 2010-2011.

Curricula, instruction, and assessment will reflect the most current technology integration standards. Teachers and administrators will have ready access to a database of student achievement. The use of online curriculum documents and the MDIRSS Vision will serve as the driving force and direction of the direction of education in the MDIRSS.
