Accountability is essential in developing a responsive technology plan. Coherency, transparency, continual feedback, evaluation and revisions are the expected norm. Our Technology Plan Advisory Team, in conjunction with the administrative team, will meet periodically to provide oversight and create a framework for an accountability system, implementation plan and timeline that is reasonable, realistic, meaningful and measurable. Measures of accountability include but are not limited to:

  • Online feedback forms
  • Supervision and Evaluation guidelines that include components that assess the effective implementation of the technology curriculum in the classroom.
  • Online student evaluation/assessment of effective integration of technology into the curriculum.
  • Web based survey tools
  • Online student, teacher, administrator and parental evaluation of technology integrations
  • MLTI surveys
