Welcome to MDIRSS! We’re excited to have you join the district! 




In order to get ready for the first day of school, you will need to register your new student (a new student is a student who has never attended an MDIRSS school OR a previous MDIRSS student who withdrew and is now re-enrolling) using our online registration system administered by PowerSchool. 

Please note: In order to enroll online, you will need an email address. 

Two Key Steps in the Registration Process:



1. Complete the New Student Online Pre-Registration Process: Start the New Student Pre-Registration Process by clicking the button below. It is important that you answer all the questions completely to ensure your student’s online pre-registration is successfully submitted.  Please know that you can save your work if you need more time. Also, if you’re registering multiple students, a pre-registration form is needed for each child.  Upon submission, your pre-application will be reviewed by the school. When approved by the school, you will receive another email with detailed instructions on how to create a PowerSchool account and instructions on completing the remaining detailed registration packet.

2. Submit Required Documents: To finalize your student’s registration, you will need to provide new student required documents (see below) to the district. You may submit your required documents electronically during the online registration process.  New Student Required Documents are: 

a. Proof of residency in the enrollments' school town limits (lease agreement, mortgage statement, current gas, light or water bill with parent/guardian name and address). 

b. Proof of child's identity and age (original birth certificate if available)

c. Complete immunization health records 
d. Most current physical signed by Doctor/Doctors office



Parents and guardians should complete this pre-registration by September 6.
