Special Services Overview

Welcome to MDI Regional School System's website for Special Services. Our special services programs are proud to offer programs and services to meet the unique needs of individual students.  These programs allow:
  1. Ongoing assessment of students to determine individual needs.
  2. Provision of intervention strategies (direct support and/or consultation) to address these individual needs.
  3. Frequent monitoring of the intervention strategies to measure their success and the changing needs of the students served.
Assessment, intervention strategies and monitoring begin with Pre-School Screening and continue through High School Graduation as necessary to support student success.  Links in the side bar and on the home page provide more in depth information and resources for:
